What information we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the answers you provided — typically your name, contact details, address, and self-declared eligibility answers. We also collect what page or form the submission came from.
Why we collect it
So Okwuchi Nnani's campaign can follow up with you about the UCP nomination, membership reminders, volunteering, events, and voting information that you've consented to receive.
How we use it
Campaign staff and trusted volunteers use your information to coordinate outreach, schedule volunteer shifts, and remind eligible supporters about the nomination vote.
Who has access
Only authorized campaign staff and volunteers who need it for campaign work. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.
What we never collect
- Credit card or payment information (this website does not process payments)
- Passport numbers, citizenship certificate numbers, or images of ID
- SIN numbers
- Driver's licence numbers or images of ID
UCP memberships happen on the official UCP website
This website does not process membership payments. Memberships are purchased directly through the official United Conservative Party website, which handles payment and identity verification on its own systems.
Why we ask about Canadian citizenship
We ask whether someone is a Canadian citizen only because current UCP membership requirements include Canadian citizenship. This is a self-declared answer. We do not ask users to upload citizenship documents.
Correction, deletion, and unsubscribe
To correct or delete your information, or to unsubscribe from campaign messages, email hello@okwuchinnani.ca. We will action your request within a reasonable time.
Analytics and cookies
We may use basic analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, which pages are most visited). We do not use advertising trackers. Cookies, if any, are functional only.
Data retention
We keep campaign information only as long as needed for the nomination and a reasonable follow-up period afterwards, then securely delete or anonymize it.
